If you selected our pickup option, please make sure the pickup location listed on your reservation is correct.

Pickup service starts One (1) hour prior to your scheduled departure time. Exact pickup times may vary depending on your location.

Self-Arriving Guests:
If you are heading to our starting point at Señor Frogs dock on your own, please arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled departure time to allow enough time for check-in.

YOUR PICKUP POINT:
Make sure to select your pickup spot when booking to avoid confusion or delays. Please arrive on time at the designated pick-up spot. For drop-offs, the bus will be ready at the dock to take you back to your pickup location.

AGREEMENT, WAIVER, and RELEASE:
Each participant must sign a safety waiver before the tour to participate. Minors must have their parent or legal guardian sign on their behalf.

SOCIAL MEDIA and CONTENT:
Photographs and videos may be taken of guests while on the excursion by the company’s tour guides. This content may be posted on social media for marketing purposes. If you would prefer your picture not to be taken, please let our tour guides know.
