Without all the necessary details, embarkation will not be permitted, and your booking will automatically be rescheduled to the next available date and time until the required information is provided.

• The captain reserves the right to change the route, the ports of embarkation and disembarkation, as well as the starting time, based on conditions and safety considerations.
• Please note that the captain has full authority over the choice of boat, route, and whether sails are used, based on safety and weather conditions.
• Maximum capacity: 25 passengers per boat.

• The planned itinerary and destination are subject to weather and wind conditions on the day of the cruise. The captain has full authority and makes the final decision regarding the route and destination based on the prevailing conditions and safety considerations. If necessary, an alternative route or destination may be selected and will be communicated to guests upon embarkation.
• While the vessel is underway, passengers should remain in the cockpit. The bow area is accessible, but for their own safety, passengers must remain seated or lying down; standing or moving around in this area is strictly prohibited

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
