Your tickets must be redeemed 40 minutes before the departure time. The check-in is at the FIESTA CRUISES ticket booth, which is located at the back center of Bayside Marketplace behind the CHILI'S restaurant (on the marina side), and next to the restaurant CASA ITALIA. The ticket booth will have a red umbrella.
