Important Information

Have your email confirmation available on your smartphone or have a printed copy of your boarding pass with you. Check-in will take place at the SunVenture Cruises kiosk on the Heron Harbor boardwalk. Please make sure to check in with a crew member 45 minutes prior to the excursion start time.

Please note, onsite and surrounding parking is owned and operated by 3rd party organizations, not SunVenture Cruises. Parking onsite at Heron Harbor varies between $10-$30 per car and utilizes the Premium Parking app for payment. Parking across the street at 299 Harbor Blvd. is $5 per car and utilizes the Passport Parking app. We recommend downloading these apps in advance if you plan to park at either of these locations. Any fees or fines associated with parking at Heron Harbor or at surrounding locations are not being imposed by SunVenture Cruises, but by the owner of the properties themselves.
