• Please be informed that Maya Bay is closed annually from 1 August to 30 September for environmental conservation. During this period, visitors are not allowed to step onto the beach and may only view and take photos of Maya Bay from the boat.
• Children aged 3–10 years are charged the child rate.
• The itinerary is subject to change. Times shown are approximate and may vary depending on the selected option, weather, sea conditions, tide, national park regulations, pickup and drop-off locations, and transit times between activities.
• On the rare occasion that we should be required to cancel a tour, we will inform you in advance and offer a different tour date, an alternative tour or provide a full refund.

• Guests who have high blood pressure, heart disease, and bone diseases are not recommended to join the tour.
