• Only small bags are allowed in St Mark's Basilica
• Due to St. Mark's Basilica security regulations, a PASSPORT OR VALID ID DOCUMENT IS MANDATORY to join this tour. It is your responsibility to ensure you have a valid document with you on tour. Passengers who fail to provide a valid proof of identity will be denied entry.
• Each gondola can host maximum 6 people; the seat aboard cannot be chosen but will be assigned by the gondolier.
• Please note that Gondola tours are not guaranteed in case of bad weather (rain, strong winds, high/low tide). The itinerary of gondola ride may change in the event of wind or bad weather

• Due to St. Mark's Basilica security regulations, a passport or valid ID document is mandatory to join this tour. Guests without valid identification will be denied entry.

• Additional security measures may be in place at some venues, which could cause delays during entry. Large bags, backpacks, and bulky items are not permitted. St. Mark’s Basilica specifically prohibits large bags, umbrellas, and tripods; these must be stored off-site and may result in missing part of the tour.

• Please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before departure. Late arrivals cannot be accommodated, and missed tours are non-refundable.

• Your guide will be holding a City Wonders flag or sign for easy recognition.

• This tour involves a fair amount of walking; comfortable shoes are recommended.

• Unfortunately, this tour is not suitable for guests with wheelchairs, mobility impairments requiring special assistance, strollers, or baby carriages.
