It is not allowed for the customers to bring any drinks or food aboard, we prefer being ourselves to provide the drinks for your own safety. This is a boat and safety is our biggest concern.
Any client who appear intoxicated may be refused service. In this case, no refunds will be given.

No pets allowed, only service animals (Service animals are certified to help people with disabilities with certain tasks). Service animals count for the capacity of the boat so if you’re bringing any service animal you need to inform us once you make the reservation.
With children under 6 years old we advise you to book the private tour as this tour is shared.

• Please check-in at the meeting point at least 30 min before the tour start time (don’t be late otherwise you cannot board to the boats).

• When arriving to the marina's parking lot you will see a long building with shops. We're number 8 next to a café shop with a terrace. That´s the meeting point where you check in.
