• Hotel pick-up starts approximately 2 hours before the scheduled tour departure time. For the 9:00 AM tour, pick-up is approximately 7:00 AM. Actual pick-up times may vary depending on hotel location.
• Please advise any specific dietary requirements at time of booking
• This tour program is not suitable for people with congenital disease, asthma, heart disease, pregnant women, child under 3 year old and persons over 75 years old.
• If you are traveling to the airport please inform us of your flight time. We recommend that flight time is no earlier than 9:30pm to allow time for flight check in
• Subject to favourable weather conditions. If canceled due to poor weather, you will be given the option of an alternative date or full refund

Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

This experience may be cancelled if there are not enough travelers.
