The captain holds the sole authority to cancel a tour if safety conditions are not met.

To ensure optimal safety, the captain reserves the right to modify the tour route at any time to adapt to changing climatic conditions such as swell, wind, and currents. This flexibility allows us to offer you the best possible experience aboard Taboo.

ANY ACTIVITY INTERRUPTED OR NOT PERFORMED FOLLOWING A DECISION MADE BY THE PARTICIPANT OR SUBSCRIBER IN THE LAST 24 HOURS BEFORE THE DATE OF THE TOUR, REGARDLESS OF THE REASON, SHALL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND.
