Not Included

• Parking is across from Carl’s Jr. before the Ocean Center. Price is $3 per hr. paid by credit card.
• We do not provide transportation to and from Maalaea Harbor
• Please arrive 30 mins prior to departure

• Infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller
• Public transportation options are available nearby
• Suitable for all physical fitness levels
• Seasonal whale sightings: possible during whale season, typically December through April
• Certified crew – Trained in CPR and first aid
• Safety briefing conducted before every departure
• Boarding via ramp; crew assists as needed
• Captain and crew monitor guest safety throughout the cruise
• No menu substitutions or requests

Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

This experience may be cancelled due to bad weather. This experience may be cancelled if there are not enough travelers.

*From March 1 until the end of September, the sunset check in time will be 5:00, with a 5:30 PM departure, and 7:30 PM return.

*From October 1 until the end of February, the sunset check in time will be 4:30 PM with a 5:00 PM departure, and 7:00 PM return.
