PALEO PANCAKES:
2 large green plantains
4 eggs
2 tsp. Vanilla
3 Tblsp butter or coconut oil (melted)
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 peeled apple or 1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce
Blend above in blender. Make sure your plan is oiled and hot before starting. Can make ahead and store in fridge. Enjoy!!
