A journey into the Australian Hinterland. We introduce you to our home, family, friends and life before sailing took over.
Waking up in the hills we trek down 8km of dirt road to good old Mullumbimby to meet Slims Mum. We feel we need our fix for boats and go for a quick row before catching up with all our mates at the famous Brunswick Heads pub. Firstly, detouring to the Brunswick Heads Bar, flashing backs to memories of our horrendous bar crossing on our first ever sail together. We then scoot back up the coast, dropping our dinghy off for repairs and get our headsail sorted for a new UV strip. Yes we are off the boat but yes we are still doing boat jobs.
