Tyler gets real and shares the real side of living aboard our Tartan 42′ as a bilateral below knee amputee. Things aren’t so simple and often lead to hopping or crawling around.
So why live on a boat? Tyler lost his legs in a skydiving accident in 2017. He lived in a van and Kayleen was living on her boat. While still “young” and Tyler’s mobility is still good, they have the dream of sailing south to surf and cruise in Mexico and beyond.
