We bought one old wooden ship.
That was supposed to be the project.
But somewhere along the way, the tools started piling up, the crew started growing, the old infrastructure started waking back up… and now it feels like we’re building something much bigger than a boat.
This episode is about the next phase of the journey: rebuilding the workshop, organizing the chaos, setting up infrastructure, and slowly transforming an old forgotten shipyard into the headquarters for a modern sail cargo company.

⚓ Lady Hawk is a 1934 Danish wooden ship being restored for sail cargo operations on the Pacific Coast.
The plan:
Sail to Mexico → load tequila, mezcal, and raicilla → age it at sea → bring it home under sail.
But before any of that can happen, we need infrastructure, systems, crew, tools, and a place to build all of it.
