The day we've been waiting for is FINALLY here! We have to address our last minute issues that popped up, and then we untie the dock lines and sail out of the PNW for good, embarking on our first ocean passage ever.
The leak saga continues! We finally limp our way over to the haul out and put via on the hard, in the hopes that we can easily fix the leak and be back in the water the next day.
Come join us for 15 minutes of anxiety! In this episode we have to move our boat without an engine (including docking it), and we get our first haul out and put Via on the hard. Whew!
Pretty much any boat owners worst nightmare: we find a salt water leak in the boat that requires immediate attention, and fixing it does *not* go to plan. At all.
In this episode we sail to stornoway, look for some rope for our third reef and meet the neighbourhood cat:)
