I went to Wakra Beach today on friday, (the main beach NOT next to the family beach) and there was no police to be seen. People were swimming and kitesurfing would have been no problem. It looks to me like the beach is available for us kiters again!

Winds can be offshore here when stronger but often change to more onshore during the afternoon, like today!
