Impi's crossing from Cape Town South Africa to Fortaleza Brazil. We had high winds for the first week and did not take the usual route via St Helena. We arrived in Brazil after 21 days at sea.
This was the same trip from Vancouver to Nanaimo that is seen in my other video. Here we are just leaving English Bay and the wind wasn't too strong yet, so we thought a spinnaker hoist would be fun!

17 out of the 20 Vendée Globe sailors shipped a Guy Cotten TPS survival suit for the last single-handed round the world race. Toby Hodges was intrigued to find out why this 20-year-old suit is still the top sailors' choice so he tried one out in the English Channel in January.
The seas are getting up a bit but the wind is still cooperating. Lealea is sailing a reach before following seas and slowly but surely eating the miles with the auto-pilot steering.
