They do great work studying the marine environment aboard their 43 foot yacht ‘Independence’.
Manuel spent many years working for big NGO’s like Greenpeace as a marine biologist, but now has his own much smaller NGO along with Pinar. They are passionate about the marine environment and take on other crew to help with their studies while cruising the Mediterranean.
