Fix rudder shake.
Fix sail drive “boots” – replace and secure.
Underwater lights not working – replace and ensure water tight seal
Antifouling – pressure wash, sand, bottom paint
Apply prospeed prop coating
Clean out all thru hulls from outside – crustaceans in raw water intakes
Add salt water washdown to back of boat for those bloody fish
Fix lp gas system leaks
Sliding glass door – hole for lock bolt has deteriorated and needs to be fixed
Add stainless chaf guards for parasailor
Retap and replace cleat on mast
Expand master stateroom bed
Expand the mail sail bag in back to give it more room for flaking.
Recover interior cushions
New helm isinglass side panel
Install large replacement window from crack – 95 x 37
Fix water leak starboard side when rains
Bow repair (when someone ran into us)
