Check out our new slip and work shed! Desiree just received her Sailrite ultrafeed in the mail and is excited to tear into it! New curtains, here we come! Any beginners words of wisdom from veteran sewers out there?

We're finally out of the boatyard! Not too far of a trip to the Marina around the corner, but the change in lifestyle is drastic! Showers, gym, captain's lounge, wifi! Ooooh yeah! Now all we have to do is get that mast back up!
In this episode I continue my way onto Nanaimo after getting through Porlier Passage and Dodd Narrows.

I finally get to epoxy in the stringers in my v-berth. Soon I'll have a nice and comfortable v-berth to sleep in when I move aboard the boat. A little bit of insulation should go a long way in making life aboard more comfortable this coming winter. A big t...

We sailed out the inlet with Norna and had a great time. It was great to have Norna ready to do a small journey, and now we know we can sail her a little farther. Soon, we will be sailing her away from Florida, but not yet.
