My new crewmember Maru flies in and joins my crew aboard “Adventureborne”. We spend the next several days getting her and my sailboat ready to sail for the Bahamas. It’s a bad idea to take a boat from the dock, right out into the ocean. So we’ve been sailing and anchoring for several days. While finishing up a few refits.
Maru and I do an unboxing of a ton of stuff from “First Wave Coffee”. A local roaster here in Fort Pierce Florida. Then we teach Maru how to paddleboard and relax at a beautiful island. Sailing back to the marina, the next day we pick up some of my friends for a final day out of sailing and fun. Tons of laughs all around as we anchor off the ICW(Inter Coastal Waterway). Then call it a day.
