We cross the Adriatic Sea from Croatia to Italy in our solar-powered yacht, at night!
This is our very first overnight passage, and it’s a big one: 76 nautical miles across open sea, running purely on sunlight stored in our batteries. No diesel and barely any wind, just the quiet splashing if water past the electric motors and the stars above.
Join us as we leave Vela Luka, Croatia, and make our way across the Adriatic sea to Italy. Along the way, we test our boat, our nerves, and our ability to function in very little sleep!
This episode marks a huge milestone in our journey, proving that long-distance, fuel-free cruising is not only possible — it's magical.
