In this episode we leave our anchorage in the Pungo Creek, North Carolina and sail down the Pungo River and straight to Oriental North Carolina! Oriental was once known for having the most sailors to have circumnavigated the world from a single town, therefore also known as the sailing capital of North Carolina. We were fortunate enough to have a slip offered to us for free from a nice woman I met in a West Marine store 🙂 We also meet another very young liveaboard cruiser who we have been seeing throughout our trip down the East Coast. Always great to get new friendships that can last a lifetime.
