Welcome to Wind over Water. We are Chris and Debbie, a young at heart middle aged couple who sell it all and become full time sailors. Our videos document our adventures preparing our boat and ourselves for the trip of a lifetime south through America and to the Bahamas, through the purchase and outfitting of our new boat and more adventures in our Canadian Great Lakes. Along the way we have interviewed sailing royalty in our Virtual Happy Hour series and we uncover some forgotten sailing relics in our Back Yard Boat Find series. Weather bound in No Name Harbour, the crew of Windover provision for the coming crossing to the Bahamas. While we wait we experience some of the wilder side of Biscayne Bay. We introduce a segment called “Cool Boats We like”. This week we take a close look at a blue-water beauty, a Dreadknot 32. Eventually the weather turns and we make our way across the Gulf Stream to the warm shores of Bimini Bahamas where our visiting crew member takes part in a shark dive.
