After spending over a decade travelling to the ends of the earth to chase fish and experience some amazing underwater encounters it only seemed natural to finally live on the ocean. With little sailing experience, they spent their life savings on a 37ft Peter Snell Easy Catamaran renamed "Popao".

Sail with Huntress and Gatherer as they navigate the Australian coast on their sailing journey in the latest episode of Sailing Popao titled “Island Life” Episode 46. The duo sets off from an uncharted destination where supplies run low, pushing them to turn to the sea’s bounty for sustenance. With no food and seven nights at anchor waiting to restock their pantry, the crew ventures into unknown waters, seeking fish or fowl while exploring life decisions about future work opportunities. Following a glorious sail down the East Coast towards Townsville, the pair contemplates life changes, weighing the joys of working with keeping their YouTube adventure alive. While anchored in 16 meters of water during a strong wind shift that limited anchoring space, they discovered underwater challenges with “bommies,” but persisted with their diving skills. Diving for reef fish and moov (Mulloway) proved successful in replenishing food supplies before venturing to the Palm Islands.
