If you flout the Movement Restriction Order in Malaysia you could end up in jail for six months or receive a $250 fine. As the infection is spreading here, we do not leave the marina because shopping in lockdown can be unnerving. But occasionally we need fresh produce, in which case Jamie gets on the bike, dons mask and gloves and goes to the nearest store. He is given 10 minutes to shop then he has to return home…
