In this episode of Cruising Off Duty we show you our favorite anchorage to go to shore and get some exercise. That Anchorage is in Constance Bay. In a perfect world we would like to get 10,000 steps in a day. That is almost impossible if you stay on your boat. So we dinghy to shore and take advantage of Constance Bay’s long beaches or the trails in the forest to make sure we get in our exercise.
Stay tuned at the end to see some drone footage of the boats that were at anchorage the weekend of Aug 26th. It wouldn’t be a COD episode without some drone footage even if the episode is about getting exercise. 🙂
