Joe carries on with MANY boat jobs, including resealing a leaky hatch, fixing the dodgy ignition and fitting our brand new @RocnaAnchors.
We spent our first night at anchor too! Although it doesn't quite go to plan, leaving us without an engine, and using our dinghy to tow Nendaz back into the marina.
Let's just say we learn some very valuable lessons!

Sailing Nendaz
We're the Hansons, made up of Flick, Joe and Walter, and we're inviting you to transition with us from our safe, steady, land-based life to a totally new adventure on the high seas aboard our Gib'Sea 402 blue water sailing boat Nendaz. Nendaz is named after a small town in the mountains in Switzerland, one close to our hearts, an ode to our love for the mountains that we can bring with us on our journey across the seas. We're steadily upgrading the boat from a weekend boat to a full-time live aboard and trying to do as much as possible ourselves. Watch as we become mechanics, plumbers, engineers, electricians, carpenters, and finally untie the lines and then the real adventure begins! We post weekly videos every Friday.
