Exploring Secluded Island Paradise | EP 127
In this incredible episode, marine documentalist Lauren Landers takes us on an adventure to one of her all-time favorite hidden gems in the Caribbean. Fishing the Depths

They troll at speeds ranging from 7 to 7.5 knots and use multiple lures in hopes of reeling in mahi or blackfin tuna. This time around, luck was on their side as they caught fish during their trip.
Hammerhead Encounter
Shortly after anchoring and cleaning the first fish, the group spotted a magnificent Great Hammerhead shark nearby. While the curious marine life approached their boat, it sadly didn’t show any interest in interacting with them. The encounter serves as a thrilling moment of adventure for the viewers.
Exploring Coral Reefs
The team members, including Lauren’s mom and brother, couldn’t resist taking advantage of the pristine waters surrounding their anchorage site. They went snorkeling on the island’s backside, where they encountered a mix of vibrant coral reefs and impressive lobster.
Snorkeling Adventure
The snorkel excursion led to some of Lauren’s favorite memories from this trip. Venturing out in a dinghy, the group explored uncharted waters with one mission: find colorful coral heads for snorkeling. Their journey brought them closer than ever before and provided incredible footage to share.

After an exhilarating day of snorkeling at the beautiful spot, it was time for Lauren’s crew to pack up anchor and head out to their next island destination.
