It was really awesome to spend some time with someone else who is following a similar(ish) life path. We found Simon to be a charming, kind, and inspirational person, and we really enjoyed the time we spent on Gabriola Island! This is definitely more of a real look at a Canadian winter than in the last episode though hahaha 🙂
