We make a chili from left-over mince used in a Cottage Pie. On a boat you try and reuse everything and minimise waste.

Leftover mince
1/2 an onion
some leftover cherry tomatoes
1/2 bell pepper (or 2 leftover 1/4 ones in this case)
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp MILD chili powder
1/2 tsp chili flakes
Salt and pepper to taste
