The last Seven Days, in the sport of Sailing, it has been momentous.
Alex Thomson has been rebuilding his broken boat whilst racing, the Vendee Globe fleet has spent time in the Saint Helena High, Thomas Ruyant has had foil damage and back in Lorient France Two high Quality Multi 30 Trimaran Crews, led by France’s top offshore sailors, have both set out to break the Round The World Sailing Record, The Jules Verne Trophy.
And around Christmas time all these boats will be in the Southern Ocean.
It’s going to be busy down there on the Iceberg Line.
We also are looking at how the Kiwis built their America’s Cup Defender Boat Two.
Alex has his drill working overtime.
Gitana and Sodebo start their Jules Verne race around the world.

The 14th Yisunsin International Yacht Race Successfully Held in Tongyeong City.
