We’ve all thought about doing it but few do it. No, not buying Crypto currency but starting on Port tack in a 30 boat fleet which 29 boats have right of way. In the Couta Boat Nationals, Race 3 Max Chester in Zephyr did just that. We have his onboard video.
Boris Hermann has fixed the Sea Explorer’s Mainsail tear, rounded Cape Horn and is currently heading North towards home. He is East of the Falkland Islands.
The will to win the America’s Cup. Lots of people have it but few the opportunity. The NYYC has an empty table lit up for the cup’s return. Good luck to them.
In Italy we show the 2020 north Lake Garda season wrap. Looks fabulous.
Waiting for a suitable weather window after the last few fizzled out (as seen in the Vendee Globe) the Gitana Team with Franck Cammas and Charles Caudrelier in charge are on stand by on their big tri Edmund De Rothschild. All the best for “Take 2” of the Julues Verne Trophy.
INEOS team UK show us how they treat their boat. Not with care as we look at their structural testing. We’ve seen lightly built AC boats in the past seft destruct, even sink.
Thomas Colville is skipper of the maxi tri SODEBO which pilled out of it’s Jules Verne Trophy attempt recently after foil breaking. The crew pay tribute to his skills.
Enjoy.
