Niklas Zennstrom is famous amongst other things for his fleet of state-of-the-art, successful RAN Racing boats. This latest RAN, in the Fastnet Race, was ighly fancied but as things go, sometimes things go wrong or beaks.
Bouwe Begging was sailing with Niklas’ fantastic crew in this years’ Fastnet Race and predictions were that they were fancied for handicap rewards. But, Alas it was not to be and they had to retire from the race after abashing in the Solent.
Oh well, theres’ always next time.
But it is a wicked looking weapon.
