These ULTIM 3 Trimarans are 105 feet by 75 and the kit is huge and heavy. To sail one of these foiling beasts you must be organised and on your best game.
On these boats big gear means big accidents and the route is only juat all around the world,
This is a hear stopping journey and doing it by yourself it brings problems usually not associated with any other type of sailing.
It is the hardest sporting event in the world and only 6 people can attempt it.
Of course they would be French sailors as they are the leaders in Adventure Sailing. And only French companies are strong enough to sponsor this super adventure sporting teams.
