Matt Belcher is one of the best sailors as he has won 17 major regarrats in a row including 4 world titles, a 470 Olympic Gold Medal and he is the recently crowned Rolex ISAF 2013 Sailor of the Year. (Phew) He and his crew Will Ryan launched their new German built 470 in readiness for their assault on the Rio Olympics in 2016. The rain bucketed down but did not dampen the happiness at Sydney’s Middle Harbour Yacht Club for the launch of “Happy Feet.”
