This video shows the ups and downs of cruising. After a stormy trip up the Hudson River we arrive in Castleton and start the process of converting our new Bristol sailboat to a canal boat. We then motor to Waterford and the start of the Erie Canal.

Welcome to Wind over Water. We are Chris and Debbie, a young at heart middle aged couple who sell it all and become full time sailors. Our videos document our adventures preparing our boat and ourselves for the trip of a lifetime south through America and to the Bahamas, through the purchase and outfitting of our new boat and more adventures in our Canadian Great Lakes.
