Memories, Birthdays, Celebrations in Hastings (Snippet 19)

Lou and I have been reflecting a lot lately on how much Plant Based Traveler has pushed us to grow as individuals and as a couple. And one of the things that we most often return to in these discussions is the fact that we have been able to meet such incredible people during our travels. So this week’s video we thought we’d walk a little bit down memory lane and share with you some moments that stand out for us like this year, making pancakes with Fran (from @Frannerd) and Ed (from @edpavez) in Hastings!

And while I really don’t think that birthday’s need to be extravagant or the most special day of the year, they are an amazing way to mark time. So this October, turning 26 years old, I am so grateful to have the opportunity to work with Lou every day creating our videos that hopefully inspire you, but also serve as the most incredible scrapbook of our life that I know 20, 30, 40 years from now we will have so much fun looking back on all these memories.

Oh, and sorry about my voice in this video — I’ve come down with a horrendous cold – like in bed for 4 days straight kind of sick!!
