This week’s video was a huge adventure! I decided to push my drawing skills to the next level and spend the day walking around New York City asking strangers if I could draw their portrait. In all honesty, I still consider myself a beginner when it comes to drawing portraits, but the only way to get better is to practice. My biggest take away from the day is that drawing from life is much harder than I expected, but the chance to meet new people and chat with them about life was the best surprise of the day! I really hope you enjoy this one as it was such a joy to film. Not to mention this was my younger brother David’s first-day filming and I’m so impressed with how the footage turned out.
