This week we tackle the pantry aboard our beautiful boat Penelope in the hopes of designing some new organizational systems. Obviously, we have a long way to go and the projects are far from done, but it’s fun to see things come together week by week : ) One day we will be sailing across an ocean, happy we took the time to get everything sorted for our lifestyle needs. Given that we don’t eat out at restaurants almost ever (even pre-covid), it’s super important to us that we have space for dried goods and a kitchen system that will be easy to use.
