From Turmoil to Tranquility: Rekindling Spirits After the Storm at Anchor | Episode 218

After avoiding a near disaster in the anchorage from a storm, Warren is back safely aboard VA and now in a scramble to get our outboard motor running again before we welcome our friends for the next two weeks.

WE are grateful that this was the worst of the whole situation after trying to recovery a cushion in force 10 conditions and we learned a very valuable lesson.

The storm may have tested our resolve, and the repair of our trusty dingy motor may have brought relief, but it’s the presence of our friends and the gift of good weather that quickly rekindled our spirits and reminded us, this is exactly what we chose to do.
