For over two and a half years, Taran, Logan, and Max have been pouring their Blood, Sweat, and Tears into rebuilding their beautiful steel boat, with the ultimate goal of getting it back in the water. They’ve faced numerous challenges along the way, including delays and unexpected obstacles that pushed them to their limits.
The Journey So Far
In the beginning, they believed it would be a six-month project. However, as time progressed, so did the magnitude of work required to bring their vision to life. They worked tirelessly through days filled with frustration, tears, and a general sense of feeling overwhelmed.
The Light at the End of the Tunnel
Recently, however, something shifted when friends Dennis and Terry came to visit. Their help put the final push they needed, igniting a renewed sense of determination within them all. With renewed energy, they made the bold decision that they would get the boat back in the water before the end of May.
The Final Countdown
As the deadline approached, so did a truckload of parts needed to complete the project. Taran, Logan, and Max worked tirelessly, making the most of their limited time by carefully planning each task to maximize efficiency.
The Day Arrives
After what felt like an eternity of hard work, the moment they had all been waiting for arrived. A truck came to haul their boat away and transport it to a Boatyard where they would finish its resurrection.
After two years and seven months of restoring and rebuilding our steel boat, we are finally getting ready to move to the water. Well, almost. We have a ton of projects to finish before that happens and they aren't going to be quick or each either.
