A few weeks ago I posted a picture on instagram of my sea asparagus harvest and meal, and a bunch of people wanted to know more about harvesting it and cooking it. So here it is! A video just about sea asparagus haha. It is highly tasty and I very much recommend, as long as you harvest responsibly. Please don’t go and mow down entire plants. You really don’t need that much. It’s pretty filling.
