Hurricane season is here and it is something to take seriously on a boat. We planned to sail way South for Hurricane season all the way to Grenada where a lot of other sailing cruisers head to stay out of the main hurricane belt. It is not a sure thing that we won’t get hit by a hurricane as we just saw how close Dorian came but it is unlikely that a hurricane will hit Grenada directly (knock on wood).
