Muffin Recipe
2 cups plain flour
1 cup sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1 cup ‘mix in’ (blueberries, chocolate etc)_
2 eggs
1 cup milk
½ cup oil
1tsp vanilla
Bake in a 175C or 350F oven for approx 15min (depends on the size of the muffins!)
