We couldn’t sit on this bit of our boat, we always got dirty when touching it or brushing past it, but with guests arriving soon, it was time to once and for all sort it.
Alongside another few boat jobs, we are joined by Zachs parents, Julia and Steph for a week of hiking, biking, riding Lisbon trams and discovering Sintra castles.

Tŷ (a house) & llu (of numerous host). We are Becka and Zach and we want to give you the warmest welcome to the Teulu Tribe. Since meeting in 2018, it has always been our dream to buy a sailboat, and after lockdown and coming out of university, this idea seemed not only unrealistic but pretty insane. However, we worked hard, gained experience and in March 2022 bought our dream sailboat, a 1987 Colvic Victor ketch. Having little sailing experience and being a young couple, we have encountered a tonne of hurdles and made plenty of mistakes! but for every downfall, there has always been a reason to dust ourselves off and carry on. So hop on board, join our Teulu and lets see what this ‘living’ business is all about.
