Back to boat jobs this week but fear not, apparently there is never a dull day in our lives at the moment! We got to scrubbing the boat- properly this time. That means Zach hopping in and giving the hull a good old clean, that was until we got told off! Whoops.
We then spend the rest of the week fitting our new water tank which soon turned out to be an incredibly frustrating process! However, a bit of countryside fresh air, easter egg hunt and some boat cats made it all better and we are delighted now it is in (minus the slightly plastic taste!)

Tŷ (a house) & llu (of numerous host). We are Becka and Zach and we want to give you the warmest welcome to the Teulu Tribe. Since meeting in 2018, it has always been our dream to buy a sailboat, and after lockdown and coming out of university, this idea seemed not only unrealistic but pretty insane. However, we worked hard, gained experience and in March 2022 bought our dream sailboat, a 1987 Colvic Victor ketch. Having little sailing experience and being a young couple, we have encountered a tonne of hurdles and made plenty of mistakes! but for every downfall, there has always been a reason to dust ourselves off and carry on. So hop on board, join our Teulu and lets see what this ‘living’ business is all about.
