25 A Day in the Life- Cruising Albin Vega Velocir 4-26-12
Albin Vega Velocir travels through the Carolinas, stopping to anchor in the beautiful Waccamaw River. We use our anchor ball as a trip line and also to show our space to other boats. In the morning, Grant sees men huddled by a tree throw a body over a cliff– but it is just a rescue drill! A few minutes later we crash into a submerged object, leaving us a little bruised but with no known damage to Velocir. Maintenance time in the afternoon cleaning Velocir’s water line from growth.
