Underwater LED Lights - for deep water
LED’s with now voids in their construction are inherently designed for high pressure, so we are simply potting the connections and using them directly in the water. The trick is building a dual convex lens and reflector to focus the normally wide beam of light from led’s into a more concentrated beam. A more narrow cone of light will avoid back scatter that occurs when the beam of light illuminates particles in the water that are close to the camera lens.
