Done Son! From building a pattern, furnace, melting the aluminum bronze, casting, machining and balancing. …And we now have 2 sets of custom 37″ diameter blades for our Hundested VP3, 3 blade controllable pitch propeller hub. They are worth $15,600 if we had purchased them from Hundested. Total cost to us was less than $2500 for all of them. Many thanks to Paul Liebenberg, Super Dave and Don Doss of Metal Dynamics, Tulsa for their assistance as well as the support and comments of our followers here on YouTube. If you would like to purchase the port side unit, let me know, and I’ll put you in touch with Paul Liebenberg.
