Done Son! From building a pattern, furnace, melting the aluminum bronze, casting, machining and balancing. …And we now have 2 sets of custom 37″ diameter blades for our Hundested VP3, 3 blade controllable pitch propeller hub. They are worth $15,600 if we had purchased them from Hundested. Total cost to us was less than $2500 for all of them.
